Luggage service
The Deutsche Bahn Baggage Center is located right next to the Travel Center.

Toilets
You will find toilets at the Nordsteg on the level of platform 13/14, opposite to the lockers, at the Spitalerstraße exit (6 a.m. – 10 p.m.), in the Food Court of the Wandelhalle, on the 1st floor (6 a.m. – 11 p.m.) or at the Kirchenallee exit (rail & fresh WC, handicapped accessible) – open 24h
Lockers
You have the following options to store your luggage safely: In the DB lockers in the Wandelhalle at the passage to platform 13/14, behind franz & friends; or in the DB lockers at the passage to platform 7/8, next to “I Love Hamburg”.
Accessible toilets
You will find handicapped accessible toilets at rail & fresh in the Wandelhalle at the Kirchenallee exit .

Baby changing facilities
To take care of the little ones, feel free to use the diaper changing room in the restrooms by the Kirchenallee exit (open 24 hours), in the Gourmet Station (open 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) on the 1st floor, or in the McDonald’s Restaurant (open 24 hours), also on the 1st floor.
Currency exchange
You will find the ReiseBank at the Kirchenallee exit on the ground level. Here you can exchange up to 100 currencies and transfer money all over the world.
ATM
There are four ATMs from ReiseBank in the Wandelhalle:
- Exit Spitalerstraße, at platform 13/14, next to the lockers
- Exit Spitalerstraße between Jonas Tabak and franz & friends
- Exit Kirchenallee, in front of the DB travel center
- Exit Kirchenallee, next to the men’s WC
Elevators
All entrances to the Wandelhalle are step-free. There are elevators to all platforms. You will find elevators for wheelchairs weighing up to 250 kg on platforms 3 to 6. The guidance system for the blind is located on the ground and leads to all important facilities, such as the DB travel center and the elevators. If you need help boarding, changing or departing the train, DB’s mobile service staff are there for you at all times.
