Luggage storage
You have the following options to keep your luggage safe:
In the DB lockers in the Wandelhalle near the passage to platform 13/14, behind franz & friends, in the DB lockers near the passage to platform 7/8, next to “I Love Hamburg” or in the Deutsche Bahn baggage center right next to the travel center.

Lost and found
You lost something on the train or at the main station? Please contact our lost and found service in the baggage center.
DB has relocated its lost property office from Hamburg Central Station to Hamburg-Altona Station. The premises are located directly next to the travel center in the station.
Opening hours lost property service:
Mon. – Sat. from 10:00 – 14:00 as well as from 15:00 – 19:00

Station Mission
The station mission is a contact point for anyone in need and also looks after children traveling alone and mobility-impaired travelers. It advises and refers to specialized agencies that provide further assistance.
You will find the Bahnhofsmission in the outdoor area at the exit to Glockengießerwall. It is open at any time.
